Our Policies

Advance Deposit & Cancellation:

The Mill Street Inn has a 5 day cancellation policy. An advance deposit equal to one night's stay will be charged at the time of booking. The balance is due upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable if we receive cancellation notification 5 days prior to the day of arrival. Any cancellations received within 5 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit.

Access to upper Floors:

We apologize, but the Mill Street Inn does not have an elevator to reach our 2nd floor. Should physical limitations affect your ability to traverse stairs, please notify us when booking your stay. We will make every effort to ensure your room is on the 1st floor.

Occupancy:

Rates are based on double occupancy. There is a $25 per night charge for each additional occupant. Children under 6 stay free. Please note that although convenient, the sleeper sofas do not offer the same level of comfort for adults as our beds. For your comfort, we suggest that parties of 4 adults reserve two rooms rather than share one room. The maximum occupancy in any suite is four people.

Parking:

The Mill Street Inn has parking available for one vehicle per suite only. We can not accommodate additional vehicles, campers, medium/large trucks or buses. Additional parking is available for a fee within a few blocks of the Inn.

Smoking:

The Mill Street Inn is a completely non-smoking hotel. There is a $50 per day fine for smoking in a guestroom or other parts of the Hotel. Smoking is not allowed on balconies or the roof deck for the comfort of other guests.

Pets:

The Mill Street Inn has specified pet friendly suites. We except pets up to 50lbs, 1 per suite. There is a $50 nonrefundable fee and a $150 refundable deposit. Guest are responsible for all damages that may be caused by their pet, including noise, and will be required to sign a pet policy at check in.
