The Mill Street Inn is an all-suites hotel, offering accommodation in 23 newly renovated suites with three welcoming configurations: Townhouse Suite, Deluxe Suite and Junior Suite. All our suites combine contemporary design and modern technology with the historic charm of our National Historic Landmark building to create a relaxing and comfortable home for your Newport visit.
Each of our Suites offer:

Our Townhouse Suites are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors and offer premier accommodations overlooking downtown Newport to the Harbor.

Deluxe Suites
Our Deluxe Suites are located on our 1st and 2nd floors and offer the space and luxury of the Townhouse Suites on a single level. The Deluxe Suites are ideal for larger families staying together.

- King or Queen-sized feather beds
- Queen sleeper sofa in separate living room
- Select Deluxe Suites have a wet bar and fridge
- Accommodates up to 3 adults max, 4 guests total
Junior Suites
The Junior Suites are located on our 1st and 2nd floors and offer either an open floor plan or a separate bedroom configuration.
- King-sized feather beds and separate sitting area
- Luxurious private bath
- Select Junior Suites have separate living rooms
- Queen sleeper sofa in all Junior Suites
- Accommodates up to 3 adults max, 4 guests total
