Reservation Fulfillment:
Millstreet Inn has a dual inventory management
system, and an online reservation functionality is only for convenience of our
customers. Once we verify the Inventory and process your credit card, we will
send out another email to you confirming this. If in rare cases, we do not have
enough rooms to fulfill your request, we will promptly refund your money fully,
and communicate to you via email.

Advance Deposit & Cancellation:
The Mill Street Inn has a 5 day cancellation policy.
An advance deposit of 1 night room and tax will be charged at the time of
reservation and the balance of the stay is due upon arrival.
This deposit is fully refundable if we receive cancellation prior to 5 days
before the day of arrival. Any cancellations received within 5 days
of the day of arrival will forfeit the advance deposit.

Occupancy:
Rates are based on double occupancy. There is a $25 charge for each additional
occupant, per night. Children under 6 stay free. The maximum occupancy allowed in
any room is not to exceed 4 people.

Parking:
The Mill Street Inn has parking available for 1 car
per room only. We can not accommodate additional
vehicles, campers, medium/large trucks of buses. There
is additional parking available within a few blocks of
the Mill Street Inn for a fee and based on availability.

|
Smoking:
The Mill Street Inn is completely non smoking hotel.
There is a $50 per day fee for smoking in a
guestroom.

|
Pets:
The Mill Street Inn
does not accept any pets of any size at any
time.
