| All of the rooms at the Mill Street
Inn were fully renovated in 2006. Each
room is equipped with special amenities
such as an iron & board, hairdryer, wireless
Internet access, voicemail telephone,
radio/alarm clock, even bathrobes to use
during your stay. We also have a limited number
of cribs and rollaway beds that should be
requested at the time of booking. We have
23 guestrooms located on 2 floors (sorry no
elevator). Each room has a private bath.
The maximum people allowed in any of the suites is 4. |

Junior Suites
A Junior Suite has a king size bed
and a pullout queen sofa bed. Some
are a smaller version of a Deluxe Suite;
others are set up as a Parlor Suite (one
open room with no divider). This suite can
accommodate a maximum of 4 people.

Deluxe Suites
A Deluxe Suite has a queen size bed
and a queen pullout sleep sofa and has
the most floor space. The bedroom and
living rooms are separate rooms. This
room can accommodate a maximum of 4 people
and is the most ideal room for families.

Townhouse Suites
A Townhouse Suite is a two-level room
with a living room on the lower level and
a bedroom upstairs. In the living room
there is a pullout queen sleep sofa, TV/VCR,
small refrigerator and a wet bar. The upstairs
bedroom has a king size bed, another TV (only
suite with 2 TV's), plus a privite balcony with
wonderful views of Downtown, Newport Harbor and
Newport Bridge. This room can accommodate a
maximum of 4 people.

Roofdeck and Breakfast Room
Weather permitting, May though
September, continental breakfast is served on our
roof deck overlooking Newport Harbor and the
Newport Bridge from 7am - 10am. Otherwise,
breakfast is served on the lower level in our
breakfast room.
